What is the ModFlex Series?

The ModFlex Series is a part of our Flexotherm brand of heated products. This is our answer to solve your gas routing and optimization of your processes!

Flexotherm™ manufactures electro-polished 316 stainless steel filter housings for use in emissions testing and chemical analysis. Our heated filter housings are designed for use in heated filter set-up or as stand-alone filter housings.

Everything about the design of Flexotherm™  ModFlex heated filter housings was influenced by the demands of our customers. Sample response time is improved by the low internal volume capacity of the unit.

Heated High Temperature Ball Valve
ModFlex Heated Ball Valve 2/3 Way

Flexotherm™ NEW ModFlex Heated High Temperature Ball Valves are self cleaning with every rotation. It is available in 2-way and 3-way packages.

Our one of a kind heating method provides custom fabricated aluminum clam-shell style casing around the body of the valve to ensure the best heat transfer with the ability to maintain high temperatures even when exposed to cold gases.

It comes in 90, 180, and 270 degree port orientations to allow for flexibility when creating your gaseous flow path required.

24V electric actuator or pneumatic is available based on your preference.

Heated Solenoid Valve

Flexotherm™ NEW ModFlex Heated High Temperature Solenoid Valves are a great option. It is available in 2-way and 3-way packages.

Our one of a kind heating method provides custom fabricated aluminum clam-shell style casing around the body of the valve to ensure the best heat transfer with the ability to maintain high temperatures even when exposed to cold gases.

Although with wet gases, solenoid style valves will need to be maintained with a higher preventative maintenance schedule to ensure proper function if ball valves are not your preference.  Used in many applications and laboratories around the world.

Ammonia Scrubber

Flexotherm™ NEW ModFlex Heated Ammonia Scrubber is todays answer when dealing removing ammonia from your sample stream.

Highly out performs traditional methods of using acid-washed filters. Not to mention the cost savings, less handling of the hazardous materials, increase throughput due to extended life cycles.

The ModFlex Heated Ammonia Scrubber is the clear choice!

Per Scrubbing Media Manufacturer, one filling should lasts for about 40,000 liter-  ppm-hours. For example, with a gas containing 1 ppm of ammonia at a flow rate of 10 ppm at a flow rate of 5 lpm, the media would last 33 days!
