Your Upon his return home he decided to forego schooling in business to peruse a facility engineer training opportunity at Chrysler corp.  This opportunity was short lived due a major automotive downturn during that period. Mike then sought out employment in the field of industrial sales and had ambitions to own a successful business.  He worked at several well-known companies as a salesman cultivating and growing new business opportunities with great success.  Seeing opportunities existing companies were failing to service, he founded Neptech in 2006.  Mike is driven to provide innovative solutions that protect the environment and assist in the international “Clean Air Initiative.”

Mr. Zalewski has over 20 years of experience in high-level management, with focus on growth strategies in markets such as atmospheric gasses, industrial supplies, and staffing for clean air initiatives related to emission control and reduction.  Previous positions include Chief Operating Officer, Territory Manager, Director of Sale, Director of Marketing, Regional GSM, and Vice President.  Rick has an exceptional background in personnel management and project management.  He has developed a professional style based on excellent inter-personal communications and an ability to make the best possible use of resources to achieve multiple goals simultaneously.  Rick has a proven record of increasing revenues through aggressive, innovative, and supportive sales methods, combined with a focused approach based on developing clients and supporting outside sales representatives.
